Hi, I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 16 years and trained in every fitness fad from step'n'slide to aqua aerobics, body combat, studio cycling etc etc the list goes on. I have worked for many years in and around the Colchester area but also in Dubai where I lived and worked at the famous Jumeirah Beach Hotel Sports Pavillion.
